Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, impersonate others, scrape private areas, or use Hopy to harm users, creators, or the platform.

You keep ownership of content you upload, but you grant Hopy permission to host, display, process, and distribute it as needed to operate the product.

Creator links should lead to destinations you are allowed to share. You are responsible for the accuracy, safety, and legality of those destinations.

We may limit, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these terms, harm other users, infringe rights, or create legal or security risk.

Premium, paid, or limited-access features may have additional terms shown at the point of purchase or access.

Hopy is provided as available. We work to keep the product reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service or that every creator destination will remain available.

To the extent permitted by law, Hopy is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party destinations, or user-generated content outside our control.
